How do I access my designs?

Once the purchase is completed, the file(s) will be available for immediate download. You will also receive the link(s) via email or they can be viewed under downloads in your account.

Is it possible to receive a refund or credit?

Unfortunately due to the electronic nature of our products, no refunds or credits are offered.

Which embroidery formats are available?

Our files are available in the most popular formats and the downloads will include all of them. Below you can find a list of proper format for each machine for your reference.

JEF – Janome 
PCS – Pfaff  (not available on 5×7 designs)

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major payment types, such as ­PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, Apple pay, and Amazon pay.

Can Embrodisiac designs be used in a regular sewing machine?

No, all designs sold on our website are exclusively for use on an embroidery machine. 

I am having issues with a current order, what should I do?

We apologize for the inconvenience and will do our best to have this resolved as soon as possible. Please refer to our support page for assistance. 

Will I be notified if I try to purchase a design that I had previously ordered?

Absolutely. Please make sure you are logged into your account when shopping and you will be able to see a message in the product detail page informing that the design has already been purchased.
