has a large collection of designs and is continuously adding more. Our collection is extensive, featuring hundreds of designs, however, if you are looking for custom embroidery or want to digitize an existing applique design, we have those capabilities also!
Sometimes you have a specific idea in mind for custom embroidery and our designer is ready and waiting to help you create the custom applique embroidery you are looking for! We offer an easy process for custom embroidery and custom patterns for applique. If you have an idea, our designer will work with you to create and approve your custom embroidery. If you already have a design and don’t need one created, we can bring it to life using our talented designer.

Create a Custom Applique Embroidery Pattern:
The customization process is simple. There are two easy ways to customize: work with a talented designer to create your custom embroidery or upload a design you already have to our site where we can produce the applique design for embroidery machines. The process for each looks like this:
- If you already have a design and only need to have it digitized, simply attach the file to using the tool on this page. Make sure you fill out the form completely, with the required information for a quote. Please try to use the best quality image possible for better results. Formats accepted include .jpg, .png, .pdf, .ai, and .eps.
- If you don’t have a design but do have a great idea, no problem! We can also help you to create a unique design. Our designer will provide three custom concepts in the theme you request and you pick the one you like best to be digitized. Please fill out the form on this page explaining the design you would like. Please use as many details as possible so we can create just what you’re looking for! We will then provide a quote and get to work on your personal design!
Important Information
- Please note, that once your order is placed and payment is processed, we will start working on your request immediately. Due to this, cancellations or refunds to custom services cannot be accepted.
- Your finished files will be sent to the email you provided for your approval. The order is completely digital and you will need an embroidery machine to produce the applique.
- After the receipt of the file, you will have 3 days to revise and make digitizing correction requests (design changes cannot be processed at this stage).
